If you spend time around SEP, you will often hear us talk about our culture. And while it may sound a little corny, it's something we take very seriously.  SEP's culture is made up of countless components. Every employee's personality, contributions, and presence changes and enhances the culture. We can still break it down into some core beliefs:

• We believe that doing the best thing for our clients is the right thing to do, even if it sometimes means less work for us.
• We believe in doing work the right way, with known methodologies and techniques.
• We believe that every employee deserves to be treated fairly and given opportunities to grow.
• We expect a certain amount of time and effort from our engineers, but we do not accept our people working ridiculous hours for extended periods of time.
• Most of all, we believe that if we work together and take care of each other and our clients, good things will happen.
