The field of software engineering is becoming increasingly competitive. Jobs are going to foreign markets for both good and bad reasons. Competition in the area around us is getting stronger. Technology is moving forward at an ever accelerating pace.

If we want to keep up with what's happening around us, we need to sharpen our skills and forage into new technologies. We need to set a goal of excellence and obtain it.  SEP Academy was established to be a tool our engineers can use to reach that goal.

It provides training that is geared to help our engineers apply theoretical knowledge. The Academy is built and maintained by individuals who commit themselves to learning and teaching what they know. Each class is instructed by engineers who have practical experience in the subject matter covered. Instructors know that one of the best ways to increase knowledge in a given topic is to teach a course on it.

The individuals who have demonstrated excellence in course work may be invited to return as an instructor for subsequent classes.
