Environment

Our environment is designed to be a relaxed environment that promotes team work. We share leadership roles, so we have the freedom to relax and focus on the work to be done. The emphasis is on making a difference.

When designing our new office, we created areas known as “idea centers.” Idea centers are located in various places around the office. Employees use them when tackling a difficult problem or generating a fresh creative solution.

Buried in the pinwheel-shaped layout is an area known as the SEP Commons.  It provides a place to gather, relax, and hang out.  Twice a day there is "tea time" in the Commons when employees gather for a quick break from work to enjoy tea or coffee.

At lunch time many employees go out for food and return to eat in the Commons and play cards. Favorite games include Bang!, Hearts, Rummy, and Euchre. The SEP Commons also hosts game nights several times a year where employees and their families come to enjoy good food and any card games or board games they want to bring!

SEP's lobby is home to the SEP fish tank. This 110 gallon tank houses several species of freshwater fish which the employees enjoy watching, feeding, and maintaining. This peaceful setting gives the office a relaxed and welcoming feel which both employees and clients can enjoy!
