When asked about the growth and the future of SEP, our Directors respond by talking about the character and culture of the company. We don’t have a plan to be a certain size, feeling when we hit this size that we’ve arrived. Our founders wanted to build a company that an engineer would enjoy – we’ve done this. Growth is good and we want to grow, but not at the expense of our culture or character. We see growth as a means of better supporting our clients and providing more variety to our employees. So watch us as we grow.

SEP's future continues to look bright. We continue to build our reputation, grow our capabilities in new technologies, and expand into new geographical areas. This includes creating subsidiary companies focused on technical training services and product development. As we move forward, we are excitedly anticipating more opportunities and a better SEP.
