SEP was started in 1988 by engineers who thrived on challenging projects and continuous learning.
Not completely satisfied by their work experiences, they wanted to create an environment where they would want to work. It would be a company where engineers managed engineers, and where they worked directly with clients instead of filtering everything through salespeople. (Our founders weren’t sure that their concept would prove to be viable, and sometimes refer to it today as an experiment that escaped from the lab.)
23 years later, that environment continues to thrive under the leadership and influence of our founder – along with the original values and ideals that guided their business.
