PROBLEM:
Energy marketer needed an Internet-based market collaboration application to manage the complex issues of their business process in the deregulated energy market. The components included prospect sales tracking, price quote management, business account and customer relationship management, energy load forecasting, and supply related cost tracking.

SEP Solution:
SEP used Feature Driven Development methodology to manage the project. This effort involved defining system and software requirements, high-level and detailed software design, coding, unit testing, integration testing and deployment. SEP provided a continuous integration model with automated unit testing and nightly integration testing. The product was entirely developed within SEP’s facility using its product development infrastructure.
