To answer the question of whether you should join us at SEP, we try to determine if there’s a good fit. To give you some idea of what that actually means, continue reading. We expect you to have a list of what’s important to you about the company where you want to work. We have our own list of what we are looking for in a candidate. Our interview process is designed to compare these two lists. If it is a fit, that’s great! If it isn’t, nothing is wrong with you or us, it’s just not the right fit and we move on. In order for this to work, you will also need to ask questions and interview us. So, how does a typical interview process get started, you may ask? The first step for us is the initial contact—either in person at a recruiting event, over the phone, or by emailing us at recruiting@sep.com. If it looks like a potential fit at that point, we will arrange for an interview at SEP.
