Our History

Engineering excellence since 1988.

SEP was started in 1988 by engineers who thrived on challenging projects and continuous learning. They wanted to build a company where software engineers - not sales - worked directly with clients to streamline innovation and encourage collaboration.

That environment continues to flourish 28 years later along with the original values and ideals that started it all.

Community Involvement

Spreading goodwill through giving back.

We care about our clients and our employees, along with the community in which we live. Our Community Involvement initiative puts into action the goodwill SEP spreads among its employees and their families. Whether through monetary donations or volunteering our time, we understand and appreciate the impact of these efforts no matter how small.

Our Partner Organizations

Our executives have taken the initiative one step further. Founder and CEO Jeff Gilbert, President Raman Ohri, COO Traci Dossett and Vice Presidents, Chris Atkinson and Mike Mumau each created a corporate partnership with a non-profit organization of their choosing. The criteria were simple: the charitable organization should have a local presence and work directly with a specific need.
