Mike Mumau

Vice President, Client Relations

SEP has a long history of taking care of its customers. As Vice President of Client Relations, Mike Mumau leads the work of relentlessly improving our ability to develop great customer relationships.

Mumau ushers new customers into the SEP experience, exploring how SEP can best support their vision and collaborate with the delivery team that will bring it to reality. He and his team listen intently to customer feedback and constantly look for ways to improve.

Prior to joining SEP in 2009, Mumau excelled in high-growth companies, leading business development and customer engagement. His experience spans from coaching teams to tackling multi-million dollar growth initiatives.

He is active in his community and particularly passionate for non-profits investing in the next generation. He introduced SEP to Camptown, whose mission is teaching youth about life through outdoor adventure. He also invests in future business leaders through organizations like EDGE Mentoring and the Orr Fellowship.

Mumau graduated from Grove City College in 2002, where he earned a degree in Business Communication and, most importantly, met his wife Lindsay. They live in Carmel, Indiana with their three children.
Standard coffee order:

Grande bold no room, with an occasional departure to Chai Tea Latte.

Food I wish I hated:

Whitecastle Sliders. So gross, but so good.

Little known fact:

My left arm doesn’t straighten (broke the elbow in High School football).

I am a super fan of:

Unplugging… primarily by retreating into nature with family, fishing gear and firearms.
