President and CEO
Raman Ohri, President and CEO, has been leading the software product design and development company since becoming President in 2015. Prior to this executive role, Ohri climbed the ranks inside SEP as a Vice-President, manager, and engineer helping create new products and systems in industries as varied as automotive, medical, pharmaceutical and aerospace.
Throughout his tenure at SEP, Ohri led the firm’s recruiting and training efforts as well as championed the development of SEP’s Career Path, a system that guides the firm’s staff through technical growth and career advancement.
Ohri serves on both the Eleven Fifty and Rose-Hulman CS Advisory Boards as well as TechPoint’s Board. He also volunteers his time as SEP’s Corporate Ambassador for the Indianapolis Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). JDRF is important both professionally (diabetes care has long been a focus for SEP) and personally (with close family members affected by diabetes). Ohri joined SEP in 1993 after graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering where he also received the 2018 Career Achievement Award.
Raman and his wife Julie, along with their 3 children, live in Fishers.
