SEP Voted Indianapolis Star 2009 Top Workplace

INDIANAPOLIS—Software Engineering Professionals (SEP), has been named a top place to work in Central Indiana according to The Indianapolis Star. In association with Workplace Dynamics, The Indianapolis Star evaluated over 125 employers allowing more than 17,000 employees to respond to a confidential . Twenty-two researched questions were asked of SEP staff. The questions focused on SEP’s business operations, facilities, policies and values. Company rankings were based on the answers to those statements.
“Receiving this award is very humbling,” said Jeff Gilbert, President of SEP. “Our people made this happen because they believe in their company and get the culture.”
SEP placed eleventh on the list of 50 small-sized companies (100 employees or less).
