Bio

Traci serves as the Chief Operating Office at SEP.

Background and Education

A graduate of Indiana University, Traci has assumed many of the tasks that have transformed the small software engineering company into a global provider of software and product development.

Working at SEP

Traci Dossett has been an integral part of SEP since 1993. She started in an administrative position and later worked her way up from Controller to Vice President of Operations. She now serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and is a member of SEP’s Board of Directors.

Traci is the driving force behind many of SEP’s philanthropic initiatives. Notably, she led the formation of The SEP Foundation, which provides corporate support for employee contributions of resources, goods, and time to charitable organizations. And she oversaw SEP’s 2010 transition to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), managing internal and external transactions.

In the Community

Traci is an active member of the community. She has served on several boards for organizations focused on inclusion, food scarcity, education, and the arts.

  • Food Rescue Board of Directors
  • Westfield Washington Schools’ Superintendent’s Council Member
  • Northview Church’s Good Neighbor Weekend Lead Team Member

On a Personal Note

Traci, her husband, Jason, and their two sons, Owen and Evan, are happy to call Westfield home.
